How to Drive Your Boyfriend Lovingly Insane With One Rigged Quiz
Being a clingy girlfriend is a full time job with no salary, no holiday, and a boyfriend who keeps saying things like "I did reply" and "that was three days ago." You need leverage. Not real leverage, obviously. Fun leverage.
So here is the plan. You send him a quiz. Five innocent yes/no questions. He answers them honestly, of his own free will, with no pressure whatsoever, and every single answer comes out exactly the way you wanted. Then you screenshot it.
The trick is that "no" stops working
A NoodleStrike quiz looks completely normal. Two buttons, Yes and No, big and friendly. What he does not know is that you picked one of those buttons in advance and quietly broke it.
It might slide away from his thumb. It might ignore the first four taps. It might swap places with the other button at the exact moment he commits. Whatever you choose, the outcome is the same: he ends up clicking the answer you already decided on, and the quiz records it like a confession.
He will try the other button. They always try the other button. Let him.
Questions where there is only one correct answer
The art here is picking questions that are technically fair. He genuinely could say no. The button simply will not let him. Some suggestions:
- "Do you think about me more than you think about your fantasy team?" Yes. Rig it. This is not a question, it is a formality.
- "Be honest, would you notice if I changed my hair?" Yes. He would not. But the quiz says yes, and the quiz is now the official record.
- "Is 'on my way' a real location?" No. Watch him fight this one. He knows exactly what he did.
- "If I sent you seventeen messages about nothing, would you read all of them?" Yes. Every single one. In order. With enthusiasm.
- "Should we text again in about four minutes?" Yes. There is no world in which this is a no.
Five questions is the sweet spot. Long enough that he relaxes and starts thinking he is doing well, short enough that he does not go looking for the settings menu.
Match the trick to the crime
There are three ways to break a button, and they land differently.
Dodge is for questions where you want him to physically chase the wrong answer around the screen. It is the most undignified one. Use it on anything about how quickly he replies to messages.
Multi-click is for questions where you want him to feel his own stubbornness. The button takes several taps to register, so he sits there jabbing at "no" until he gives up and does the right thing. Poetic, really.
Swap is for the finale. The buttons trade places right as he commits, so he clicks yes while fully intending to click no. He will insist this did not happen. You will have the screenshot.
Let the punchline do the closing argument
Every quiz ends on a line you write yourself, and this is where you stop pretending to be neutral. Something like "You agreed to all of this in writing and there is a picture of it." Or "Five questions, five yeses, zero coercion, legally binding." Or simply "Reply faster."
The result page turns the whole thing into a shareable card with his answers on it, which you can download and send to the group chat, his mother, or back to him at a strategic moment several weeks later.
A brief note on being normal about it
You are not actually manipulating anyone. You are sending your boyfriend a joke where the joke is that he cannot say no to you, and he is going to laugh, and then he is going to make one back where every answer is "she is right and I was wrong." That is the entire point of the format. The best trick quizzes get returned with interest.
If he does not send one back, that is genuinely more information than any quiz could give you.
