Mary
5 moods
Composed, a little judgmental, and effortlessly elegant about it. Mary makes a wrong answer feel like a raised eyebrow.
Who Mary is
Mary is the raised eyebrow of the roster. Five moods, all of them composed, and the worst thing she does is look mildly disappointed. There is no shouting and no collapse, which makes her unusually effective: a quiz narrated by somebody who is merely unimpressed lands harder than one narrated by somebody furious.
Quizzes Mary suits
Best for dry humour and quiet judgement. Quizzes about taste, standards, bad decisions, and anything where the comedy is in restraint. If the joke needs a character who would never raise their voice, Mary is the one.
Every quiz is five yes/no questions where one button per question refuses to be pressed. Pick Mary as the narrator and the mood changes between questions do half the work. See how it works, or play a ready made example first.
